Top 10 List - eBay Buyer PowerSeller Caveats

1. Never buy from any eBay PowerSeller with a rating under 99+%. Period. Why? Because they sell so much crap that even a lot of complaints can keep them as PowerSellers. EBay won't raise their standards for them for fear of mutiny.
2. Never buy from any eBay PowerSeller with a rating less than 100% without first checking their negative feedback at Toolhaus.org. If you insist on buying from any eBay PowerSeller with a rating of less than 100%, make sure the exact item you are purchasing doesn't have negative feedback from others. If a certain type of item is getting a lot of negative feedback stay away from purchasing any item in that particular category.
   
3. Never buy from any eBay PowerSeller outside the USA, if you want the item within a week. See item 2. above to check negative feedback for slow shippers.
4. Never buy from any eBay PowerSeller any item you can get from any USA eBay Seller with 100% feedback, even if it cost a little more, but not much more. If you insist on buying from an eBay PowerSeller with less than 100%, follow step 2.
